Commins & Knudsen started in 1997 after founder David Commins spent eight years at Crosby, Heafey, Roach & May in Oakland, California. The firm focuses on commercial litigation and transactional services for businesses and individuals, including employment services and executive contracts. The practice has grown to five attorneys, all of whom strive to provide clients with high quality and cost effective legal services.
