Background

Commins & Webster started in 1997 after founder David Commins spent eight years at Crosby, Heafey, Roach & May in Oakland, California. The primary focus of the practice is commercial litigation, particularly in the areas of securities broker-dealer, intellectual property, real estate and contract disputes. The practice has grown to three attorneys, all of whom strive to provide clients with high quality and cost effective legal services.
